Every website is custom-built for your property and domain. Here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
Not happy in your first 30 days? Ask for a full refund, no questions asked, as long as we haven't purchased or transferred a custom domain for you yet.
Domain purchases are non-refundable
Once we register or transfer a domain for you, that part of the service can't be refunded because of domain registrar policies.
After 30 days
Refunds aren't available after 30 days because the custom build, setup, and support work has already been done.
Cancel anytime
Cancel whenever you like from the Manage subscription page. Your website and dashboard stay active until the end of the month or year you've paid for. We don't offer prorated refunds for unused time.
