Keep the guests who already love the house
Siesta Tropical Retreat is a fully renovated, 5-star rated home with a private pool and spa, two blocks from the beach in Siesta Key Village. Like many owners, the family lists it on the big platforms, and many guests come back year after year.
Those returning guests didn't need a platform to find the house again. The owners wanted a place of their own to send them, one that looked professional and that they could keep up to date themselves, without paying a commission on every stay.

A dashboard they run themselves
Seasonal weekly and monthly rates, long-stay discounts, blocked dates, reviews, and rental agreement templates, all editable without a developer.
